How Does Your Camera Shoulder Harness Feel?
You can tell a lot by the way your camera shoulder harness feels. It’s meant to be comfortable, believe it or not. If it’s not comfortable, that means there’s something definitely wrong. So you need to ask yourself how it does feel when you’ve got your strapping system on. Don’t just go on auto pilot and don’t just block out how you’re feeling. Recognize it, because that way is the only way you can make things better.
So, is your camera neck strap too tight? If it feels really snug, you have power over that. There are adjustable straps on either side of the camera shoulder harness. You can loosen them and make them feel much better if that is what you would like. No one likes to feel like they are getting pinched or squeezed to death.
On the other hand, if it feels like your camera is bouncing around a bit too much, there may be a little too much slack in your straps. Be sure to tighten them to the point where you can fit two fingers in between your body and the strap. This way, you will not feel the bouncing as much and it also will not be too tight for you. Camera Neck Strap: What NOT To Do
Some people thoroughly misunderstand the entire purpose of a camera neck strap. It wouldn’t matter so much except that when it is used wrong, there are a few different things that can happen. For instance, camera harnesses could be hung around the neck and they absolutely shouldn’t be. That is the entire purpose for owning a harness strapping system as opposed to a generic neck strap. When it is ung around the neck, neck pain will inevitably ensue. No one likes that.
Another potential problem one might run into when they misuse their camera neck strap is that if it’s not cinched jsut properly around the shoulders and chest, the camera has the potential to swing out and hit something. This could damage both the camera equipment as well as whatever it is that it ends up smashing into. Even the person wearing the camera harness could end up getting hurt, which is not a good thing.
Something else you should NEVER do in regards to your neck strap for your camera is to get it wet and throw it in a corner of the room. This can end up as a soggy, stinky mess. It can also weaken the strap so it will stretch and break faster than if otherwise. No one wants that for their camera neck strap so it’s important to be sure to use it as intended.

A camera harness is a nifty little strapping system that can help you to carry your camera anywhere you would like. It is probably the best accessory you could have for your camera as it allows you to be hands free while eliminating that horrible neck pain that so often accompanies with generic neck straps. It’s able to do this because it’s a camera chest harness and wraps around the shoulders and the chest to take the weight completely and utterly off the neck.
So where can you get an awesome camera harness? They can be gotten at many sports stores and even some photography stores. The issue with that, though, is that they are often over priced in these locations. Of course, the best price to get them would be to buy them in bulk. This doesn’t make sense, though, unless you want to resell them (which is a complete hassle). The best solution, then, instead of over paying in a store or over buying in bulk is to go online and look for a camera harness there. They will be reasonably priced and easily accessible which is what everyone should strive for when looking for such an item.
Indeed, a camera harness is an accessory that should absolutely be gotten and it’s an accessory that can be purchased at a reasonable price online.

I Found Some Cool Camera Straps
There are definitely some cool camera straps that should be advertised to all the geeks like me who love their cameras. I mean, think about how many photographers out there are dealing with crappy camera straps when they could actually use these ones that solve all their camera strap worries. OK, it just occurred to me that you may not know exactly what I’m talking about at this point. Let me back up…
What would make cool camera straps actually cool? Well, in my opinion it would be a couple of different things. First, they would have to be adjustable. I mean, that right there is a big deal to any photographer. They would also have to be comfortable, though, which is THE biggest deal to any photographer. And well, it’s not often that you find cool camera straps that are actually comfortable. But guess what? I did.
These straps are cool because there are two and they are designed to fit around either shoulder instead of on the neck. (Wow!) Yeah. That’s what I said. Check out this picture of the camera strap that shows exactly what I’m talking about.
It pretty much does everything you might ever need it to do. It is comfortable, adjustable, durable and keeps the camera exactly where you need it at all times – hands free. That sounds like some pretty cool camera straps to me. So there you have it. Those are the cool camera straps I was so excited to show you.
