SLR Camera Harness – What Are You Looking For?
Ok all you photographers out there, listen up! There’s a whole lotta people trying to copy the SLR camera harness design but there’s very few who even come close to the stunning features and flexibility offered by our design.
Not to brag or nothing (yes, that is a double negative) but our camera strapping system is the best camera chest harness out there. So listen up and you’ll understand what ours has got that others are missing. Look for the following features listed below:
1. When you are purchasing your SLR harness for your camera, make sure it’s an actual harness. This means it will fit around either shoulder, go under the arm and around the back to meet at the chest.
If you are going to purchase something that has the strap resting right on your neck, STOP! The entire purpose of getting a harness for your camera is to take the weight off the neck and transfer it evenly between the shoulders, back and chest.
2. Get the adjustable straps. That’s right – adjustable. When it comes to pants, it is safe to say that a one-size-fits-all attitude won’t fly, but when it comes to an SLR camera harness, it’s the only way to do it. No, the purpose for adjustable straps is not so you can pass it around your friends and family like…something you would pass around to friends and family.
Instead, you need adjustable straps in order to give you the freedom to put on or take off as many layers as you would like during your photography excursions. If you can adjust the straps, then you can wear two coats or just a t-shirt and be perfectly comfortable as you snap pictures wherever, whenever, however.
3. Make sure it is guaranteed. Durability is the name of the game. After all, isn’t your camera harness for hiking going to be used and abused? Isn’t it important that your SLR camera harness can withstand the ever changing weather conditions, the constant tugging pull of gravity, the continual strap adjustments and the long hours of wear and tear? We thought so.
That’s why you’d better make sure that whomever you purchase your SLR camera harness from is fully able to back its durability. Otherwise, you’d just be throwin’ your money away. And hey, if you’re into that sort of thing, maybe you could just give it to me and I’ll see fit to dispose of it for you. How does that sound? … didn’t think so.
